Login problems ?

If you lost your LOGIN / PASSWORD you'll need to contact GMP here    as I do not have access to that info.   Then, make sure your password is not expired ( and that you typed it right ). They are either good for one year, two years or for life ( never expire ). So if the message you see once you type in your ID / pass is:

"Ooops, looks like the password you have entered was either mistyped or is no longer active on our network!"

you will need to renew it.  PLEASE do it at one of my sites,  or directly here:   Thanks for the support!

------------ Automatic redirection Problems  ------------

I've been working with a more secure server and for a few of you,  it's causing problems, redirecting you to my home page [ www.KevsCave.com ] automatically.

This can result from having one of the following programmes installed on your computer:   Norton Internet Security, Norton Personal Firewall or Symantec Desktop Firewall .  2002-05.

When you log in, your browser sends the address of the web page where you logged in to the server, along with your login info. These programmes block the address information. However, all my sites require this information before allowing access to secure contents.  To fix the problem, you need to allow these programmes to pass referrer information on to the server, so you must create a rule for that. To create a rule (see also screen-shot below):

For 2002

1- Open Norton Internet Security.
2- Click Options.
3- Click Internet Security ( or Personal Firewall ).
4- Click Advanced Options.
5- Click the Web tab.
6- Click Add Site. A new site/domain box appears.
7- Enter the domain ( www.globalmalepass.com ) that you want to receive the referrer information and click OK. That domain now appears in the left frame of the Advanced Options window.
8- Click on www.globalmalepass.com in the left frame.
9- Click the Privacy tab.
10- Check the "Use these rules for..." box.
11- Change the Referer from "Block" to "Allow".
12- Click Apply, and then click OK.
13- Click OK to close the Options window.
14- I also suggest you do the same for the www.kevscave.com , www.gmpass.com and www.homoerection.com domain [ repeat steps 1 - 13 ].

You can also see the Norton instructions here   .

For 2003-4

It's very similar...  see here:   but you replace the www.symantec.com by www.globalmalepass.com and the other .com listed above.

For 2005

     Again very similar...

1- Open Norton Internet Security
2- DOUBLE-click (don’t just select) Privacy Control
3- Click Advanced and add the sites is the same as in earlier versions [ see below ]

Lastly, you should also try the following:

1- Use Internet Explorer ( upgrade your version if older than 6 months ).  At worst,  use Netscape 5 or above...  NEVER AOL ( terrible with compatibility ).

2- Make sure the security setting of your browser is not too high ( in Internet Explorer,  MEDIUM is good ( it's under TOOLS, Internet Options, Security )).

3- Make sure the page that is giving you problems is FULLY LOADED before clicking on anything...  that solved the problem for a few.

4- If you shared your password, GMP might have deactivated it... you will need to contact them

If something is not clear,  just ask! [  ]

     Sorry for the headaches!
